This fabulous penthouse is perfectly located just 10 minutes from the coastal towns of Marbella, Estepona and Puerto Banus, with its amazing marina with boats the size of a small house and mixing with the rich and famous in its many exclusive shops, restaurants, bars and beach clubs.within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops.

Arriving at this penthouse you will feel immediately at home as soon as the electric gates to the underground car park open before you. Then you can take the stairs or use the lift to the second floor. When entering the penthouse you will find a large hall with an oak dresser and wardrobe. The hall leads you to a nice lounge area, with a dining table in light oak and a leather sofa. There is also TV with Norwegian and English channels, and Internet. From the lounge you can access terrace (no1), that overlooks the main pool and gardens. From here you can climb the external staircase to the extremely large roof terrace (no 2), (over 100sq/m), where there is a BBQ area, dining table and additional seating area from where there is an amazing view of the sea and the coastline. You can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, fully fitted wardrobes and its own bathroom, with a bath and shower above. You have also access to terrace no 3, with sun shining from early morning. The other bedroom as well as the kitchen has access to this terrace, which is a  perfect place for breakfast.

The 2nd bedroom offers two single beds, fitted wardrobes with double doors to the terrace. The separate bathroom also has a bath and shower above.

The fully fitted modern kitchen offers many built in appliances including an oven, hob, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a smoothie machine and coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is a small room that contains a washing machine with dryer, and a space to store items.

Parties of 6 can make use of the sofa bed that has a fully functional fold-out double in the lounge area.

The complex is situated no more than 50m from the entrance to the Los Flamingos Golf complex and guests can also enjoy a meal or a drink at the nearby 5 star Villa Padierna hotel (the choice of First Lady Michelle Obama when she visited Spain). The Spa here is considered to be one of the best in the whole of Spain for the perfect pampering experience.

The nearest shops (including a large supermarket), bars and restaurants, banks, etc can be found just 1km (12 minute walk or 2 minute drive) away. The beach at Cancelada is approx 2km (about 20-25 min walk or 5 minutes drive). The beaches of Estepona and San Pedro are all within a 10-15 minute drive. In the center of Estepona you will find small streets with nice restaurants and possibility for shopping. We can recommend the beach and a walk along the  promenade.

Marbella’s Old Town is not far and is one of the most beautiful in Andalucía. It is a magnificently preserved area with narrow, white streets and floral balconies where you will find the famous Plaza de los Naranjos or Orange Square.

A short drive away you can find the real Spain and dine in the traditional cobbled villages of Benahavis and Mijas, and in a short hour drive you’ll be in the wonderful scenic Ronda!
