We have no hesitation in recommending Dreamlife Property to anyone considering a purchase in Spain
We decided in the summer of 2011 that the time was right for us to buy a holiday home in Spain. Having little knowledge of the country, we had discussed with friends and decided to look in the area around Malaga.
As we had never bought property outside of our home country, we were a little nervous and prepared ourselves for the difficulties that lay ahead. We could not have been more wrong! We contacted Dreamlife Property, and from our initial contact with Amanda it felt right.
There was no hard sell, and great care was taken to understand what our needs were, no mean achievement when we didn’t even know ourselves!
We were sent details of properties which were a good fit with our budget and location, and we were conducted round the viewings by Rolf, one of the owners of Dreamlife Property, and his expertise in the market was obvious from the outset.
After watching our reactions Rolf proposed an area we hadn’t considered (we thought it was too far from the airport) and we were delighted by what was available there. We found a great penthouse, Rolf concluded the negotiations and we now have a wonderful property at a good price.
Dreamlife Property also took care of the business with the lawyer and notary, both of whom were easy to deal with. The lawyer took care of setting up our banking facilities and tax numbers, another area of potential difficulty included in the Dreamlife Property end-to-end service.
Of course it doesn’t end there. Dreamlife Property Aftersales Service exceeded our expectations. Samantha took us to the furnitures stores, and even arranged for the property to be painted and furnished in our absence!
And it doesn’t end there. Dreamlife Property really do provide a fabulous service and i have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering a purchase.
All of the things we were concerned about turned out to be part of there highly personalised and comprehensive service. Rolf, Amanda, and Samantha were a real pleasure to deal with.
